The American Red Cross recommends that everyone learn CPR
and first aid. Our goal is to save lives and to reduce suffering through education
and training. Almost anyone can learn simple techniques that could mean the
difference between life or death for a family member or friend.Courses in CPR, first
aid, and child care are offered on a regular basis at six Monterey Bay area
locations. Training for businesses and groups can also be provided at your facility.
