Consultation and Guidance:
Confidential help in resolving personal and family problems
Information and Referral: The Red Cross is familiar with all local base and
community resources. If the Red Cross is unable to provide direct
assistance to help you resolve your problem, we can refer you to the
appropriate agency, which may be able to help.
Reporting
Services: Red Cross can provide reports related to birth, deaths or illness in
the immediate family, emergency leave verifications, reports related to
family or financial problems, "Welcome
Home" messages when a spouse needs to return to stay with her family, and
"Health & Welfare" reports to help reestablish communications
when there has been a breakdown in communication between a service member and
his/her family
