This course is also offered just as Adult CPR.

Adult, Infant and Child CPR with First Aid

AED Training (Automated External Defibrillator)
This is a course that is added on to many of our Adult CPR classes. Individuals are trained how to operate an AED in case of a sudden cardiac emergency to enhance their lifesaving skills.

Emergency Response
This course uses lectures, discussion and simulated emergency situations to deliver information on recognizing and caring for many types of emergencies. This is for individuals who have a duty to respond in emergency situations (first responders) with the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life, reduce pain, and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until advanced medical help arrives.

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
Teach professional rescuers (those with a duty to respond) the skills needed to respond appropriately to respiratory and cardiac emergencies.

Preventing Disease Transmission
A two-hour training module for employers and employees who, while on the job, may be exposed to blood or other body fluids that could cause infection. Employers can offer this program as part of their compliance with OSHA regulations. Available in English and Spanish.

Ergonomics
Musculoskeletal disorders, known as MSDs, are injuries often associated with repetitive strain or damage to muscles, tendons, nerves, and joints. By applying ergonomic principles taught in this class, you may reduce your risk for MSDs and make any task less taxing on your body. After you take this course you will understand how to apply ergonomic principles, learn to identify and reduce your risk for MSDs, and know how to perform exercises to help reduce the risk of MSDs.
