Welcome to Students for the American Red Cross at UGA!!

Students for the American Red Cross (SARC) is a volunteer organization at the University of Georgia that plans and organizes campus-wide blood drives. We are involved in every aspect of the drive including coming up with a theme, advertising for the event, recruiting blood donors, and volunteering on the day of the drive.

We also participate in other campus and community events such as Nuci’s Space Health Fair and Relay for Life. SARC members are encouraged to promote the importance of giving blood, “the gift of life.”
