AMERICAN RED CROSS AQUATICS CLASS COMING
IN JUNE!
Coming on the week of June 5th to the Boylan
High School Pool is this
year's American Red Cross Aquatics School. Classes are
available for anyone over the age of 15 who can meet the swimming
prerequisites that are interested in becoming a Water Safety
Instructor, Lifeguard or Lifeguard Trainer for the busy summer
swimming season. Classes are scheduled from
9:00 am to 3:30 pm, though class times may
vary . Students must bring a
swimsuit and a towel and lunch will be provided. Included
with this class are certification programs for American Red Cross
Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding Instructor, Water Safety
Instructor, CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer, Oxygen
Administration for the Professional Rescuer and Blood Borne
Pathogens.

SHELTER CLEAN UP DAY
COMING IN MAY
On
Saturday May 20th at the Nancy
J Smith Homeless Shelter, there will be a Homeless Shelter
Cleanup event, from 8:30 AM until 2PM. Food
will be provided for all volunteers, so come out and have fun with a
bunch of our best volunteers. Help us clean, rake, tidy,
spread mulch, plant flowers, do laundry and have a great time!
