Pictured above are students in our recent Babysitters Training with "Baby Think it Over" class on August 15 - 18, 2006 in Battle Creek, Michigan. We would like to thank the families that made it possible for their children to participate in the course.
During the class fifteen area pre-teens and teenagers between the ages of eleven and fifteen were taught how to prevent and prepare for sudden emergencies. Each student learned first aid techniques that will help them care for animal bites, broken bones, cuts, burns, poisonings and electrical injuries.
Students also gained knowledge of the skills needed in order to become a successful babysitter; including a step by step process that enables them to prepare a resume, interview potential clients, and ultimately deliver quality babysitting services.
Also included in the class were childcare skills such as: how to hold infants and toddlers, feeding and burping, and changing a diaper.
During the teen-age pregnancy prevention course, "Baby Think It Over", each student was able to experience just what is involved in caring for an infant overnight with our Baby Think It Over® simulators.
