Adult CPR/AED, Child & Infant CPR Review

Prerequisite:  current, non-expired certification

This class provides students the opportunity to update their Adult/AED, child & infant CPR certification.  Topics include rescue breathing, choking, CPR, and Adult AED skills.

Cost:  $30.00 tuition - ($47.50  if books are needed)

Adult/AED, Child, Infant CPR & First Aid

Students will learn how to check a conscious and unconscious person, CPR, rescue breathing, choking, and adult AED skills, plus all of the skills included in the First Aid class.

Cost:  $70

Adult CPR/AED only

This class covers care for adult (ages 12 & up) emergencies only.  Students will learn how to respond to an emergency, check a conscious and unconscious person, choking, CPR and AED skills.

Cost:  $35

CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers

(8 hours)  This class is designed for individuals delivering health care and/or assuring public safety.  This class teaches adult, child, infant and 2 person CPR.  It also includes the proper use of a pocket and bag valve mask.  Students are required to have their own pocket mask, which costs $10.00

CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers Review

Prerequisite is current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.  Students need to bring their textbook and pocket mask to class.

Cost: $30.00

First Aid only

This class will teach how to handle a variety of emergencies, including checking a conscious and unconscious victim, shock, bleeding, muscle injuries, heat & cold emergencies, severe bleeding, bites and stings, sudden illness and more.

Cost:  $35 

Babysitter's Training

Recommended for ages 11-15.

Students learn the business of babysitting plus leadership, accident prevention, basic care, first aid, and professionalism. 
*Students need to bring a sack lunch to class. Please use Larkin St. entrance.

Cost:  $45  (includes textbook)

Babysitter's Training CPR & First Aid Upgrade

This class is open to all students who are certified in Red Cross Babysitter's Training. Students will have the opportunity to become certified in Child & Infant CPR and First Aid. Students must pass both a written and practical exam to receive certification.

Cost: $40

Private Classes

If our classes do not work with your schedule, please call the Health and Safety Director to schedule a private class. We will try to make your class a reality within the next 1-3 weeks. Private class fees vary based on the type of class. The fees are higher than the regularly scheduled classes.
