Readyman Badge Lab

Readyman Badge Lab are offered to Weblo Boys Scouts who wish to obtain their Readyman merit badge. This Badge Lab will be offered on January 12, 2008, and Sept 20, 2008. The hours of the program are 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The cost is $7.00 per scout, which includes the Readyman pin and a hotdog lunch. There is no charge for adult leaders. We do, however, require at least one leader to be present for every 10 scouts. See on-line registration form below or print a Registration Form.

Safety Sense Badge Lab (Brownies)

The Safety Sense Badge Lab is designed for Brownie Scouts. At these labs, the scouts learn a variety of first aid and safety tips that can lead to the earning of their Safety Sense "Try-it" patch. These labs will be offered February 2, 2008, May 3, 2008, and November 1, 2008. The hours of this program are 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The cost is $7.00 per scout, which includes the Safety Sense patch and a hotdog lunch. There is no charge for adult leaders. Junior Badge Lab

The Junior Badge Lab is designed for Girl Scouts at the Junior level. The Lab is designed to provide an opportunity for Juniors to begin earning their Junior First Aid Badge. This Badge Lab will be offered February 2, 2008, May 3, 2008, and November 1, 2008. The program begins at 12:45 p.m. with a hot dog lunch and ends at 3:45p.m. The cost of the program is $7.00 per Scout. There is no charge for adult leaders. We ask that one leader be present for every 10 scouts. See on-line registration form below or print a Registration Form.

Participants in these programs are reminded that they will not be American Red Cross certified in first aid or CPR. The sessions held for each of the Badge Labs are age-appropriate for the Scouts and have been designed around each of the Scout program requirements.

Registration

Scouts can register by filling out the registration form below and submitting it. Your scout group is considered registered upon receipt of the registration form and payment of fees. This form, along with payment, can be dropped off at the American Red Cross any weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. It can also be mailed to the Lorain County Chapter, 2929 West River Road North, Elyria, OH 44035.
