Ohio Red Cross Site & Resource Site & ARC Training Site Privacy Policy and Posting Policy - That fine print stuff.

The Ohio Page and Resource Site both websites are maintained by the American Red Cross, Morrow County Chapter as a services beyond the chapter.   The sites are maintained by Bob Cunningham. We recognize that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy addresses those concerns. This policy may be changed or updated from time to time.  Information that appears on the Ohio Page and Resource Site is based on  the best provided information, or published materials obtained from the American National Red Cross, the purpose is to share information to better the services provided by the American Red Cross and the many individual operated chapters in Ohio.  Submissions must be via e-mail, fax or mail any chapter can offer information.  Questions to the contents should first be directed to the web manager.  If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, for the OHIO PAGE or the RESOURCE SITE,  which is a collection of information, materials that is for those trained American Red Cross workers, both paid and volunteers staff.   The Resource Site contains information provided in HOW WE DO and WHO SHOULD KNOW HOW contact can be maintained via direct e-mails, or groups e-mails.  The E-Mail links are a collection of name, E-Mail address, which is maintained by the many servers of those individuals that has approved for their E-Mail to be listed on the link page. By submitting your E-Mail grants permission to use that E-Mail address as a means to contact you via such E-Mail address, Which such links is not intended to be used for purposes of any type of commercial retail selling, of any product NOT in the benefit of the chapters or the American Red Cross. Access to the Resource Site is control as to the viewers of sections by a user name and password, that information will be maintained in a data base, maintained off line on a computer disk.  Should you forget your access codes, contact the web manager via e-mail only from the provided e-mail you used or you have updated.  Your e-mail is a part of the security of the protect files on the Resource Site.

The pictures and gifs used on the Ohio Page and the Resource Site ownership remains with each gif or pictures.  Pictures and  gif's used have been done so with permission, some on a limited bases of the ownership holders.  Use of any picture or gif can be request by E-Mail to the Web Manager,  any such picture or gif submitted for use on any page become useable by any American Red Cross chapter in the non-commercial promoting of the American Red Cross.  There is no way it can be maintained who owns which picture used on the many pages. The Ohio Page and or the Resource Site does not endorse any commercial business, names, logo's and any other trade names or products referred to on any of the sites such name or product remains with the ownership of the same.   The Ohio Page and/or the Resource Site does accept financial denotations of financial support of the costs and or expenses occurred in maintaining the Ohio Page and or the Resource Site.   Again any such notice of support via financial support is solely for the purpose of thanking the sponsor for such web site financial support, and again such notice is meant in NO means as an endorsement for their service, products, and ways - means they do and or operate their business.  As provided in the latest update from the National BOG, chapters may accept financial support from local business and / or  corporations for the purpose of off setting costs in maintaining an on line presents. Any such notice of thanks posted on any of the pages on the OHIO PAGE and/or the Resource Site have been approved by the On Line advisors at National ARC.

The Resource Site operating under the urls of www.ohioredcross.org and www.arctraining.org  is a registered name under the ownership of Bob Cunningham and is registered with Network Solutions which expires on or about Jan 28, 2008.  The Ohio Page and the Resource Site are maintained off the Morrow County Chapter office solely for the lack of computer space and time.
