The Red Cross is the nation's premiere provider of health and safety education by offering the latest in training to give the skills needed to prevent and respond to emergencies and save lives.
Courses are taught primarily at two locations: Chapter Headquarters, 2795 Pampas Drive, Myrtle Beach and the Georgetown Service Center, 537 Lafayette Circle, Georgetown.

Register for the correct class
Save valuable time and money. If you have had a CPR class in the past, you may only need to register for a review class. Classes are held at Coastal South Carolina Chapter Headquarters at 2795 Pampas Drive, Myrtle Beach or at the Georgetown Service Center, 537 Lafayette Circle, Georgetown, unless otherwise noted.

Pet First Aid
A pet first aid class, “Pet Care 101: How to Save Your Pet’s Life” will be offered by the local American Red Cross from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Chapter headquarters located at 2795 Pampas Dr. in Myrtle Beach. Taught by a certified Pet First Aid instructor, participants will learn how to respond to an emergency, recognize and identify medical needs, and learn first aid and CPR skills by using life-size pet manikins.
Cost is $35 per person and includes a Pet First Aid Guide Book. Pre-registration is required by calling the Coastal S.C. Chapter of the Red Cross at 477-0020. Pet First Aid Fanny pack kits are available for an additional $13.
