- Military Families Can Send a Video Email
The American Red Cross Video Communication
System enables military families to send a video email to members of the Armed
Forces serving on
active duty around the world. The Spartanburg Chapter of
the American Red Cross is again offering military families the opportunity to
send an email video to their loved ones. The Service Member must have an email
address where he or she can receive emails and access to a computer with
broadband (fast) Internet connection. Immediately after the
recording is completed the video email is sent to the Service Member. The Service Member sees
and hears the people that they love. There is no cost to record
and send the video email. To reserve a time and date
to record and send an email, call the Piedmont Chapter of the American Red Cross
in Spartanburg at 864-583-8000.
