Taste of Cherokee
Interim
HealthCare, together with the Cherokee County Service Center,
Piedmont Chapter, American Red Cross (ARC), would like to invite
you to participate in A Taste of Cherokee.
The 9th annual event will be held Saturday, March 6th, 2010 from
11:30am – 3:00pm at the Broad River Electric Co-operative, 811
Hamrick Street, Gaffney.
Local businesses, organizations, and individuals sponsor tables at A
Taste of Cherokee providing showcase-quality foods and drinks.
Participants are given the opportunity to sample food and obtain
information regarding the respective table sponsors. Table sponsors
are the primary draw to this event. The table sponsors compete
against each other to win the coveted 1st place trophy. This
competition creates exceptionally creative table displays including
costumes, props, and even skits!
Each table sponsor is responsible for setting up (including all
tables) and breaking down their displays and providing non-packaged
food and/or drinks or other food related sample items for 250+
people at no charge to the participants. The table judging will
take place at 11:00am. Table spaces will be assigned on a first
come first served basis, and limited to the first 38 sponsors.
Please respond early for the best table space selection. There is
no fee to be a table sponsor.
