Military Casework
Training Please sign up today to help our local Military
families communicate with their loved ones serving in the Armed Forces.
Training prepares participants to serve as caseworkers responsible for
obtaining vital information, verifying, and sending messages regarding
emergency situations for active-duty military members. This is a
volunteer at home opportunity.

The Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) Military Casework Course trains
workers to provide caring, compassionate case servicing for family
members of active duty military personnel and service members currently
located in the Chapter’s jurisdiction. Training provides knowledge of
policies and directives that workers need to provide American Red Cross
casework services. There is a self-study segment that must be
completed prior to the classroom segment.
