HEROES
Become a Hero
Support the Life-saving Programs and Services of Your Red Cross
HEROES campaigns are exciting three-week, community-based fundraisers that support the life-saving programs and services of the American Red Cross, Clarksville-Mongomery Co. Chapter.
Here’s how they work:
Local residents volunteer to be Red Cross HEROES. Each HERO pledges to raise and/or donate $1000 for the Clarksville- Mongomery Co. Chapter (approximately 65 HEROES are recruited in each county).
HEROES can raise their contribution in their own creative way – by holding bake sales or car washes, collecting donations from friends or family, or by simply donating personal funds.
Sponsors in each community help jump-start the campaign with lead gifts and help underwrite the cost of HEROES special events.
At the end of the campaign, the HEROES, workers, sponsors and community supporters are recognized for their contributions to the work of the Red Cross.
Participating in a HEROES Campaign is a great way to help Clarksville-Mongomery County's Red Cross meet its commitment to the community, both now and in the future. All donations support Red Cross programs and services.
